Delete your account and your data
You can delete your Super Secretary account at any time. Here are the two ways to do it.
Option 1 — From the app (immediate)
- Open Super Secretary.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. The account is deleted right away and you are signed out.
Option 2 — By email
Write to support@supersecretary.online from the address you registered with, saying that you want your account deleted. We will reply within 30 days at most.
What gets deleted
- Your email address and your name.
- Your password.
- The identifier from your external sign-in provider, if you used one.
- All your open sessions, on every device.
- The list of your devices and their hashed identifiers.
- Any files you had uploaded to the server, which are deleted on their own after 2 hours anyway.
What is kept, and why
- Billing records. If you made a purchase, we have to keep the record for as long as tax law requires. It does not include payment details: we never had those.
- Aggregated, anonymous usage data. It cannot identify you.
- Free trial record, if you used the trial. Hashed values only (normalized email, device, fingerprint, IP and card), without your email or name in the clear. It is used only so the 7-day trial cannot be repeated with a new account.
Cancel the subscription separately. Deleting the account
does not cancel an active subscription or a running free trial:
that is done in Google Play (subscription settings) if you bought in the app, or
from your account on the web if you bought there. If you don't cancel it, it will
keep renewing.
What if I change my mind?
Deletion cannot be undone. You can register again, but it will be a new, empty account: you won't get back your history, and the new account will not get another free trial.
