Terms and conditions
By using Super Secretary you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the app.
1. The service
Super Secretary brings office tools together in a single app. Some work offline and others need our servers. We may add, change or withdraw tools.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
- You must give truthful information when you register.
- You can use the app as a guest, with limited features.
3. Plans, credits and payments
- There is a free plan with ads and paid plans without ads.
- Artificial intelligence tools consume credits. Each paid plan includes an amount of credits that renews every month and does not carry over to the next one.
- You can also buy separate credit packs.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date, from your account settings in the store.
- Charges, billing and refunds are handled by the app store under its own policies.
- The free trial, where one exists, does not include the artificial intelligence tools.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Super Secretary to:
- Process illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to breach, overload or work around the limits of the service.
- Access the service through unauthorized automated means.
- Resell the service without our permission.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Your files and your content
The content you process is yours. We claim no rights over it. You grant us only the technical permission strictly needed to run the task you ask for. Files uploaded to the server are deleted after 2 hours.
6. Artificial intelligence results
Summaries, translations, invoice extractions and other AI-generated results may contain errors. Review them before using them for any accounting, legal or tax purpose. They are not professional advice.
7. Availability
We do our best to keep the service available, but we don't guarantee that it will run without interruption. There may be maintenance and outages.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of data or lost profits arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
9. Cancellation
You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you want: see Delete account. We may close accounts that break these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here with its date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
